PURPOSE : finding a Waterrepellent material to protect the Water-absorbant felt
Introduction of a new material in the collection : Tarpaulin, a very resistant and waterproof material with a sleek effect and TPE, a non-toxic waterproof coating, in association with the contrasting soft felt emblematic of the brand on the inside. Sourcing of the material and design development to adapt the material on the design of the on the key sihouettes : the Carter backpack and messenger, tote and launch of a new mini backpack. Design and developement of the custom-made metal buckles. Collection planning, production follow-up and team management.
